Architecture

We always enjoy a bit a rampant speculation; the beauty of this pocket monograph is that it makes good use of shiny CGI in its exploration of the city of tomorrow. The basic premise is that the ultimate futurist trope finally comes to fruition: the flying car.

How will architecture adapt? Winy Maas (MVDRV) and Grace La (UWM) stretch their imaginations, forecasting a futuristic cityscape where all urban activity inflates to occupy three-dimensions, shaped by corridors filled with buzzing machines.
