The Marmara Park Avenue — New York, USA

Most hotels profess to be a home away from home, but few manage to deliver quite as fully as The Marmara Park Avenue.
Located in the re-emerging Murray Hill district of Manhattan, the property is a warm and inviting mix of eclectic touches that evoke the feeling of being in a well- heeled New York home. For this, plaudits go to designer Joe Ginsberg, whose elegant metal furniture and printed wallpaper is paired with numerous custom-designed features, such as two marble, piano-shaped desks, a 14ft hanging metal fireplace and an elegant steel vestibule.
As the new flagship property for the Istanbul-based hospitality group, the hotel – which will accommodate both short and long-term guests – comprises 128 rooms including a three-bedroom suite with views of the Empire State Building, a wellness centre, equipped with a lengthy lap pool and luxurious Turkish baths.
