Custom covers contributor: Anthony Burril

Graphic artist Anthony Burrill is best known for his witty, type-based designs, so who better to supply us with something to say on our covers? Burrill's diverse work spans poster design, moving images and 3D work, and he regularly collaborates with musicians, animators and film-makers. His clients range from the London Underground to Diesel. Printmaking is an important part of his oeuvre, and four of his iconic limited edition posters, with platitudes like 'Work Hard and Be Nice to People', fronted our W*111 issue subscriber covers back in June 2008.
