Meet our editors
Bill Prince – Editor-in-Chief
Bill has a distinguished career in magazine publishing, starting at the NME followed by a move to Q magazine. Bill then spent two decades as deputy editor of British GQ. Most recently, Bill served as acting editor of Wallpaper* and launch editor of The Blend, where he remains editor in chief.
Charlotte Gunn – Director of Digital Content
Charlotte Gunn is a writer and editor with over 15 years experience in journalism, audience growth and content strategy. Formerly the Editor of NME, Charlotte pioneered the brand's digital transformation, building an audience of millions of engaged, global music fans. In 2020, Charlotte founded online music publication The Forty-Five, focused on championing female artists. Charlotte’s writing has been published in NME, Rolling Stone, The Face and CN Traveller, she is a regular critic on Times Radio and the BBC, and she sits on the judging panel for the annual BRIT Awards.
Jason Hughes – Fashion & Creative Director

Jason joined Wallpaper* in 2016 as Fashion Editor before progressing to his current role in 2019. Jason oversees fashion, beauty & grooming and jewellery content for the print and online editions, alongside special editorial and commercial projects.
Ellie Stathaki – Environment and Architecture Director
Ellie has been a member of the Wallpaper* team since 2006, visiting buildings across the globe and interviewing leading architects such as Tadao Ando and Rem Koolhaas. Ellie has taken part in judging panels, moderated events, curated shows and contributed to books, including The Contemporary House (Thames & Hudson, 2018) and Glenn Sestig Architecture Diary (2020).
Hugo Macdonald – Acting Global Design Director
Hugo is a design critic, curator and the co-founder of Bard, a gallery in Edinburgh dedicated to Scottish design and craft. A long-serving member of the Wallpaper* family, he has also been the design editor at Monocle and the brand director at Studioilse, Ilse Crawford's multi-faceted design studio. Today, Hugo wields his pen and opinions for a broad swathe of publications and panels. He has twice curated both the Object section of MIART (the Milan Contemporary Art Fair) and the Harewood House Biennial. He consults as a strategist and writer for clients ranging from Airbnb to Vitra, Ikea to Instagram, Erdem to The Goldsmith's Company. Hugo has this year returned to the Wallpaper* fold to cover the parental leave of Rosa Bertoli as Global Design Director.
Lauren Ho – Travel Director
Lauren Ho is the Travel Director of Wallpaper*, roaming the globe, writing extensively about luxury travel, architecture and design for both the magazine and the website. Lauren serves as the European Academy Chair for the World's 50 Best Hotels.
Melina Keays – Entertaining Director
Melina Keays is the entertaining director of Wallpaper*. She has been part of the brand since the magazine’s launch in 1996, and is responsible for entertaining content across the print and digital platforms, and for Wallpaper’s creative agency Bespoke. A native Londoner, Melina takes inspiration from the whole spectrum of art and design – including film, literature, and fashion. Her work for the brand involves curating content, writing, and creative direction – conceiving luxury interior landscapes with a focus on food, drinks, and entertaining in all its forms
Sofia De La Cruz – Travel Editor
Sofia de la Cruz is the Travel Editor at Wallpaper*. She was born in Madrid, Spain but moved to London when she was 14 years old. Being exposed to the city’s creative pulse at such a young age shaped her into the inquisitive professional she is today. Before joining the Wallpaper* team in 2023, she worked for Hypebae and Hypebeast UK, where she focused on the intersection of art, fashion, and culture. Additionally, she contributed to Futurevvorld by covering a variety of sustainability topics.
Jonathan Bell – Transport & Technology Editor
Jonathan Bell has written for Wallpaper* magazine since 1999, covering everything from architecture and transport design to books, tech and graphic design. He is now the magazine’s Transport and Technology Editor. Jonathan has written and edited 15 books, including Concept Car Design, 21st Century House, and The New Modern House. He is also the host of Wallpaper’s first podcast.
Jack Moss – Fashion Features Editor
Jack Moss is the Fashion Features Editor at Wallpaper*. Having previously held roles at 10, 10 Men and AnOther magazines, he joined the team in 2022. His work has a particular focus on the moments where fashion and style intersect with other creative disciplines – among them art and design – as well as championing a new generation of international talent and profiling the industry’s leading figures and brands.
Hannah Silver – Art, Watches & Jewellery Editor
Hannah Silver joined Wallpaper* in 2019 to work on watches and jewellery. Now, as well as her role as watches and jewellery editor, she writes widely across all areas including on art, architecture, fashion and design. As well as offbeat design trends and chic adornments, Hannah is interested in the quirks of what makes for a digital success story.
Hannah Tindle – Beauty & Grooming Editor
Hannah Tindle is Beauty & Grooming Editor at Wallpaper*. With ten years of experience working for media titles and brands across the luxury and culture sectors, she brings a breadth of knowledge to the magazine’s beauty vertical, which closely intersects with fashion, art, design, and technology.
