Pal Zileri S/S 2017

Mood board: An enormous backdrop burning with bright magenta and green, created a horizon-like effect for Pal Zilera’s sharp tailoring done in cool, muted colors of the rainbow. Linen suits were mixed up with leather pants, taffeta parka jackets and printed silk tailoring.
Best in show: Great juxtapositions of nubbling wool or tweed jackets provided a cool anchor to fluttering silk pants or shirts printed in tone-on-tone patterns. We also liked the great looking silk shantung short-sleeved shirts that instantly dressed up Bermuda shorts.
Finishing touches: The ever present all white sneaker with the side flaps was ubiquitous, as well as a sling-back wing tip shoe for men who want half-beach, half-business footwear.
