Moncler Gamme Rouge A/W 2015
Mood board: Giambattista Valli dove into the paddocks for winter, weaving a posh equestrian theme deeply into his collection for Moncler Gamme Rouge. Polished and proper, the silhouettes were slim and trim and embellished with plenty of Moncler's luxury touches.
Best in show: There wasn't a puffer jacket in sight but there was plenty of great outerwear including black shearling-backed quilted vests or tweed coats with flared skirts covered in layers of clear plastic vinyl.
Finishing touches: Accessories for winter have a very horsey touch, from riding boots with plaid prints to rigid riding caps with checked tops or fox tufts. Handbags similarly sported enormously oversized horse-bit handles.
