Maison Margiela to Balenciaga, intimate portraits of the pre-fall collections
In a series of portraits by Slovenian photographer Spela Kasal, Divine, Jiayun, Yasmin and Lily wear the defining looks of Pre-Fall 2022

Delicate tassels emerging from the hem of a dress; a sequined pocket on a black wool coat; hanging bauble earrings, interspersed with crystals – a mood of understated glamour infused the pre-fall collections, where monochrome black and white looks were elevated with a richness of texture and surface detail, from layers of sheer lace and tulle to golden buttons, paillettes, and clasps.
Captured in a series of intimate portraits by Slovenia-born, Paris-based photographer Spela Kasal and styled by Wallpaper* fashion director Jason Hughes, Divine, Jiayun, Yasmin and Lily wear the defining looks of Pre-Fall 2022 collections – Maison Margiela to Balenciaga, Gucci to Celine by Hedi Slimane.
