The ground floor Dean Bar, offers breakfast, rotisserie, cocktails and live DJs, and the on upper levels guests will find the Rooftop Terrace, and Sophie’s Restaurant and Bar, where an Italian/New York/Irish menu is served up with panoramic views of Dublin city and county as a backdrop.
