Novikov — London, UK

Russian restaurant giant Arkady Novikov has launched his first foreign eatery in London's Mayfair. Designed by Moscow-based firm Geometry Design, the enormous restaurant comprises an Asian and Italian room as well as the Novikov bar, each featuring a distinct and region-appropriate design aesthetic and menu. The most striking feature is the glass-walled kitchen in the Asian restaurant, surrounded by a market-style display of seafood, aromatic duck and vegetables. Here the chefs rustle up dishes that range from Sushi to traditional Chinese dim sum. Over in the Italian trattoria, you'll find everything from risotto with clams and veal ossobuco, making the dining choice in Novikov culinary journey around the world.
